Thanks for the followup. Congratulations on asking, it's not an easy thing to do. It is sad to think that you think that you are ugly. Many women have poor body image. (they think they are less beautiful than other people perceive them as. It is very rare to see a person use a strong label like "ugly" on themselves. Are you feeling more down because of this guy's rejection? Or, is this always how you refer to yourself?
To me having the confidence to ask a guy is a very positive trait. What else have you got going for you?

I asked him out for a small date, in a public place, but he blocked my number and is avoiding me. I'm ugly, so this isn't a surprise. It's happened before. Thank you all for trying to help me :)

So normally when I see a question like this I think, how do you ask? anyway but text would be my answer. Then I saw your age, and I read iAm's answer, now I'm thinking differently. If you are 15 nearly 16 and in the UK then you should pluck up some courage and ask him for an easy short date. If you are barely 13 text him that you and some friends are playing some games and he is invited.
I know you asked for something cute to say. IMHO cute frequently backfires on younger boys. Try something personal. Let him know you have been watching him and you think he is impressive. Like: "I say your game, great moves!" Or whatever his hobby is. At that age nothing attracted me more than knowing a girl was interested in me.
