Always wear tights on top of panties, never underneath.
Always have a few spare tissues in your handbag when using the ladies toilets.
If using the gents toilets, don't drop anything on the floor and bend down to pick it up. Bend the knees instead.
Never go to watch a Rugby Football match dressed up. However, you'd be ok to attend a soccer game.

 Well, I'm not sure what type of advice you are seeking. But, I would say that you should perhaps get some assistance from a close female friend who might advise you on what looks nice on you. Make-up tips would be helpful as well if you plan on going public. I'd say start off slowly. Begin by going places where you don't know many people and see how it goes. Passing as female is complex and requires a considerable amount of study, but you can do it effectively if you have the right body-type and facial structure.
I say, follow your dream, my friend. If this makes you happy, then learn all you can to make it happen.
