Try having small sex first then. let him explore your body. then you can explore his. When he explores yours you can have clothes on or no clothes. I fno clothes have a white blanket on. When he comes in to the bed have him lock the door. He can explore your belly button up with the white blanket on. Then when he explores belly button down he can take the blanket off. Try being as calm as possible and just lay down on the bed and try to relax. He could say how much he loves you. If you have a cramp just let him keep exploring he might sense it. He can talk to you to. When you explore his body have him have shorts on also with a white blanket on. Explore his body belly button up with the white blanket on. then take it off when you explore belly button down. take off his shorts.then you can explore his body. you don't have to explore his just make sure you let him explore yours.

The lube is an exelent idea, ALSO you need to try and be more relaxed during sex.
You might want to try and see if there is a position that works better for hte two of you. Spooning might be good, that way he can't penetrate as deeply.
