My periods are very irregular cannot predict my next one my cycle is typically 30 -35. I believe I was ovulating all the wk from 19 until the 23 (most fertile). My question is we used a condom (it did not break) and he pull out with the condom on before he ejaculated. To be on the safe side after an hour and half I went to get plan B. I was schedule for a pap smear on the 3rd of may I told my doctor about my whole pregnancy scare she told me I couldn’t be pregnant, she asked me if I wanted to take a pregnancy said yes. I took a blood test and it came back negative with a HCG 2, I got my period on the 5th (may) the expected day it was not as heavy as my normal period but rather a medium and lasted about 6 days. Now my question is can I still be pregnant? I been cramping on and off ever since I ended my period. Is the cramping due to stress or plan b or can I still be pregnant?

Extremly highly unlikely, but why dont you get on some birth control (in addition to condoms) instead of repetatively causing yourself this undue worry as you are likely to keep doing.
