I did my duties as the resident expert to "teach her to fish" so to speak, in a safe manner.
But even after all of that, she still brings it up.
My question is not whether or not I should do something incestuous with my cousin, but if she is interested.

if she's over 21 and you are ok with it I see no problem discussing if if you are friends as well as cousins...
if you are asking if your cousin wants you to spank her, well I don't know if that's the case here but if it is I'd steer clear of that... have her find her own spanker.
