I've been raped and physically attacked twice in less than 6 months. I am currently undergoing counselling but don't think I can go back as I'm really embarrassed about it all. Is it my fault why me?

Thanks for your help. I just can't get it out of my head that it was my fault in some way as to have this twice within a shor timescale. Having suffered abuse as a child all that's in my head is that I am to blame.

ill tell you why it happened to you, because you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. And there is nothing to feel embarrassed about, those counsellors have seem much worse, they will think of your case as a normal case.
