The best (and only) chance you have is for her to see other girls finding you attractive. So get out there and date someone else.
Don't get all clumsy and try to rub her nose in it (that's very obvious), just honestly put her out of your mind as a GF possibility and move on. Really. It may not work but it's the only thing that even stands a chance. If not, you'll be better off anyway.
Keep her as a friend. Don't shut her out or anything. Try not to let things change between you & her any more than it has to. But let her know that if she's not interested in you that way, then you'll be dating someone else. (You don't even have to try to "top her" with your other girl/girls, just getting someone else AT ALL is the most important thing.)
