As this is happening several days after you have sex I would suggest that maybe your GF is developing cystitis. She should go to her local pharmacist and ask advice. Failing that take a sample to be tested at the GP.
You can buy over-the-counter remedies to deal with this, such as cymalon. Cystitis used to be called *honeymoon cystitis* for what I think are pretty obvious reasons.
Go with her to her GP or if you are embarrassed then go to your local GUM clinic...number in phone book. (presuming you are in UK)

1 would say at a guess that your girlfriend has a urinary tract infection (UTI) this has nothing to do with you giving her anything. they are fairly common in women especially after sex. she may have other symptoms such as burning when she urinates and feeling like she always needs to go to the toilet. She needs to go and see a doctor as she will need a prescription for some antibiotics. Also she can get the doctor to give her a general ckeck up just to make sure it's nothing else. maybe you could go to the doctor together and both get tested for stds just so that you know that you both have a clean bill of health. goodluck

It's a toughy, it could be an infection or something more. The only way to know for sure is for your girlfriend to go to her GP.
