Since then she is feeling tired, has pain in legs and back and has fever. Yesterday till now, she is having semen leakage from vagina during intervals. I don't remember a moment when my condom broke. It all went smooth and safe. Yes I fingered her and maybe, just maybe there was some dried up precum on my hand but I remember I had wiped it before. Is she pragnent? How can we make sure? How can we get rid of it without the surgery? Is there some pill? If so how much does it cost and what is the complete dosage? And yes her periods will start in other 3 to 4 days. Please help us keeping in mind that we cannot go to a doctor as it will be a shame because it is God foresaken bitchland PAKISTAN.

They don't sound like early symptoms of pregnancy (though i have never been pregnant myself!) though i know from past experience that the slightest things can seem like you're pregnant when you could be. I'm sure it was all fine and she won't be, the "semen" you speak about could just be vaginal discharge, all women get it and it is perfectly normal. You can take "the morning after pill" which must be taken within 3 days of intercourse and it does something that stops you getting pregnant but i dont think you need it as i'm sure things will be fine!

The symptoms are different for every woman. The best way to tell if she is pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. And if that comes out positive go see a doctor.
It sounds so awful to hear you refer to your possible baby as an IT.
If you love each other so much but aren't ready or don't want a baby, then the only fool proof way to NOT get pregnant is to NOT have sex.
If you keep having sex then you must accept the fact that there is ALWAYS a possibility to get pregnant. No matter what contraceptive you use. (Condoms, birth control pills)

The leakage she is experiencing is her vaginal discharge, which is completely normal after sex. It can't be semen, because, in order for her to be so full of semen, the condom would have to break completely and you would have definitely noticed that. It would have been empty. Has it ever occurred to you that her fever is not a consequence of her having sex? She is most likely just sick.

Firstly.. if you wore a condom and it didnt break, the chances of her being pregnant are SLIM! She may just be run down and getting sick and thats why she has these pains and a fever. You need to go and get a home pregnancy test and find out if she is pregnant or not. You can take a morning after pill which would prevent any pregnancy should your condom have split (or you hadnt used one, but that pill can only be used up to 72 hours after having sex. BUT you only had sex a week ago, if she is pregnant.. which sounds highly unlikely, it may not show up on the test because its too early days. Pregnancy tests sometimes dont show the right result for 3 weeks! But buy one and find out for yourselves. Best Of Luck!
