Could there be a reason why everyone around me is blonde?

I know this may seem like the stupidest question every asked. and im really in no need of any dyer advice here but can some one tell me why every one and i mean every one out side of my family that i know is blond? i have brown hair for one thing but every one else including my best friend my former girl friend and other 8 other friends that i know are all blond. i really stick out in a crowd with them. not that i have anything against blond people it is just strange that every one that i have a close relationship with has the same hair color. and blond is a recessive sheen two. and bealive me that they are all natural as well. i know this is a Idiotic question to ask. and nearly imposable question to answer. i would just like some perspectives of why this may be. i never really thought about it till now. i was going thorough some old photos and it was almost like a horror film. i was like. "oh look at her beautiful blond hair. oh look at his blond. now hers now his." it is just kind of strange for me that every one i know has the same hair color. other then family of course. not that i mind that they all have the same one. i would just like to know if there is any reason why i tend to select blond people as dates and friends. any thoughts?
