I agree, I avoid excess sugar as much as possible, and I stopped drinking caffeine about 3 years ago. Before that I had a bit of a Diet Coke addiction and used to drink about 3 litres a day!

I realised that both were related to stress and anxiety I sometimes experienced. Now, I sleep much, much better, I have more energy, I'm slimmer, calmer, my teeth are white. It's good all round really, I'd definitely recommend it!

Yep, caffeine and sugar both give you a high so they will give you a low too.

Cut them out and get some regular meals with fruit and veg.

You should also try and get some decent sleep as not enough sleep, or bad sleep, can cause chaos with your moods. Cutting out the sugar and Caffeine will help you with this.

Good Luck!! xx

it takes at least 8 hours for caffiene to get out of ur system

so dont drink coffee after 6 o clock at night and cut down on the sugar after six o clock too!

get into a good sleeping pattern..for example get up at 8am and go to bed at ten o clock.... do not sleep during the day and ul soon feel better..

remember not to stress too much, its hard but remember all problems can be solved the next day(its not worth losing sleep over them..and stressing too much can cause health problems)

also a drink of warm milk may help u sleep better :)
