Hand sanitizer would kill sperm. Even if it didn't, an hour and a half is on the outside of how long a sperm can live outside the human body.
(Don't they teach you kids anything in health class these days? :P)

 Very unlikely, yet still possible. I would say dont worry about it, for two reasons. The odds in your swimmers surviving alcohol and an hour drying on her hands are insignificant. Also, even if there were a few sperm left, they would have to travel through the acidic environment of the vagina. This is highly unlikely. Then, half of them would travel the wrong fallopian tube.
