She’s really popular, beautiful and real nice, way out of my league in my opinion. At first she found me weird. When I mean play it’s like I’ll say something real cheesy though highly romantic and she will just blush and her mates will say oh XXXXXX he’s nice why don’t you go out with him.In the end we just used to joke like this at least once at school. Now she says hello etc. And I was happy just to leave it at that level, as I knew I would never have a chance with her.Today I asked how she was and she asked if could have my MSN address, when we were alone.I gave it to her tonight, she added me and I started to chat and then had to go for dinner. This is how the conversation ended:Me: brb dinnerMe: back in 30-45mins k?She says: Kk might nt be hereMe: ok well I'm on all night so I don't mind when ever's better for youShe says: Lol ok ave a nice dinnerMe: thx bye for nowShe says: LolShe says:XXXXXXXXXI’m unsure whether or not she likes me; a lot of girls my age exaggerate their writing but most just normally put one X. It’s weird that she asked for my MSN as no one really ever does, also I asked not to tell anyone it and she honestly, seriously said she wouldn’t.She knew about my last three years with my friend who liked me and I didn't realise until it was too late (because I'm never on the make if you like, I've never had a gf). She treated me like a b***h (excuse me) as I gave my ex friend one last try three weeks ago and that was it, I hate her.Could this be my dream?I would appreciate your views! :)

Nice heading for this question, by the way.
Okay, I will express my views on your case.
This relationship started when you had a crush on "this girl":
"She’s really popular, beautiful and real nice, way out of my league in my opinion".
You are over the first stage of this type of relationship now.
"I’m unsure whether or not she likes me; a lot of girls my age exaggerate their writing"
My answer to you: she likes you, but in her own understanding.

She's probably just flirting... The best thing that you can do is take things slow. If you're interested in her, ask her to hang out sometime.
