I'm sorry i know this isn't the right site for this sort of question but i always get good advice so i thought id give it ago.

Last night i went out with a friend... both got quite drunk...(but its not the first time, were 21 and very used to drinking, so in replies please i am looking for advice on my situation, so please dont give me lectures about binge drinking and stuff because that is not why i am here)

anyway, so we were both out... the thing is i cant remember a thing.. its not even blurry, i dont have a single memory in the slightest and when i am told about the night i don't recall anything, or how i got home or anything... this sort of thing doesn't usually happen no matter how drunk i get i still remember it all)

today i have felt very sick all day (but no hangover headache) i have also felt pretty dizzy, constantly shakey and alot of the time i have felt spaced out and nothing around me seemed real.

It's now 11.30 pm and i am till feeling sick, dizzy, spaced out etc...

I was wondering does any1 think is there a chance (fro looking at my symptoms) that i may have been spiked somehow?

also if i have how long would i approximately feel like this for, will i be ok tomorrow or does the sickness after being spiked last more than 24 hours?

please help :)

I really wouldn't go to work. You'd be better going to a doctor. You don'twant to get to work and collapse.

That really sounds like it, go to your doctor and get checked out right away. I have been very drunk before but I can remember things that happened the next day, make sure to never leave your drink unattended, if you get up and go somewhere take it with you. I am in College too, so I know what its like to party and binge drink.

You might have been, but it can also just be the alcohol.

Many times in my younger days I got very drunk. I've never had a black out period myself, but my brother & friend have. We went out for New years, got completely trashed. We found $20 on the floor and drank until the bar close.

The next day my brother thanked me for driving. I had to tell him he drove us home AND dropped off my friend. When I called my friend, he asked how he got home. Both of them remember nothing after finding the $20 on the floor. Of course that was the early 80's and $20 went a long way (3 more pitchers of beer and 2 or 3 more Long Island Iced teas). Sadly we were stupid and young and have learned since than. Yes they were both hung over, but "not to bad" as they put it. We went out the next night also.

Yes, you could have been. Or it could be that your body is low on sugar. If you think you've had your drink spiked, then it might be a good idea to visit the doctor and get tested. If nothing else, they'll be able to eliminate that (hopefully) and say it was something like a low amount of sugar in your blood. Hope that helps.

Aunty BimBim agony auntyes, your drink could have been spiked. I have been the victim of a drink spiking, and I was on water that night!

I doubt very much you need to seek medical help over this, just drink lots of water to help flush the crap out of your system, and get a good night's sleep.
