He never gives me oral sex unless I ask for it. He acts like he is homophobic, but yet he has told me stories of other men hitting on him. Also, his favorite position when having sex is from behind, I feel so he doesn't have to look at me.

 i think that you should trust your intuitive gut.
i have an old surfing buddy who used to speak similarly and act homophobic...also couldn't go down on his girlfriend(so she says lol)...turns out he was sleeping with his best friend!! bisexuality is not at all uncommon...we all just lean more to one side than the other :)
just for your sake though, don't let him use you as a substitute sex-thing.

 Sweetie, perhaps your boyfriend has a very low sex drive so is happy with sex only every other week.... never giving oral sex... well this could be that maybe he doesnt enjoy giving it, maybe brought up to think that a woman's genitals are 'dirty'... having sex from behind... a lot of men like this position, it gives them control and also because they can view penetration, which is very arousing. As to the stories of other men hitting on him... mmmm.... not sure there.. perhaps he feels a bit insecure cos these men might think he's bi or gay, hence the acting like a homophobic. You dont say how long you have been together.. you need to have an open discussion with him if these things are worrying you, if you dont address them now they will continue to affect your relationship.
