 Masturbation is actually supposed to be good for men. Smoking might definitely have something to do with it. Also you have to concentrate (ironically) while having sex.

reader, anonymous, writes (26 February 2009): I doubt it's because of the smoking but it could definatly be from masturbating to much especially if it's in the same day you have sex. Take a break from masturbating for awhile then see what happens.
