While the odds are much much lower than if he finished inside you, yes, it's possible. Some sperm are in precum, and that will dribble out even without much motion.

It's unlikely, but yes. There could have been sperm in his 'pre cum' (otherwise known as Cowper's fluid) from a previous ejaculation. If there were, then yes you could be pregnant. If you want to be safe, and I suggest you are, especially if abortions are hard to come by in your part of the world, then you should obtain and take a Morning After pill (Plan B, Levonelle etc.). That'll take your chances of becoming pregnant down to practically 0.Consider this as well, STIs/STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases) including HIV AIDS are becoming increasingly common all across the world and for people of every class. You simply cannot afford to have unprotected sex with someone any more unless you're completely sure that they're free from diseases.

Yes you can but it is very unlikly. There is a thing called pre-cum and every man lets out a little of it when he gets hard. Pre-cum has thousands of sperm in it but they are much weaker than the ones in cum. So there still is a slight chance but I wouldn't worry about it.
