 Well It is technically a YEs although chances are pretty slim.. There is a lot of hoops for you to get pregnant.
First and foremost, you have to be at a certain time in your cycle in which you are fertile and there has to be a viable egg.
Second, he needs to ejaculate viable sperm.
thirdly, the sperm has to find a way to the vagina. There is a variety of ways during oral sex for this.. A) he ejaculates and some spills on or near your vagina. B) he ejaculates and your swallow.. touches himself after ejalucation, picking up some sperm-filled cum and fingering you with that finger. C) rubs or inserts his penis on your vagina after ejaculating in your mouth. That is just a few scenarios.. now if you were fully clothed at all time i doubt any of that occured.
Fourth, The sperm needs to travel through your tubes and reach the egg and fertilize it and of course then the fertilize eggs needs to implant itself.
and the sperm does not die instantly on air contact. it can die pretty quick.. but not quick enough.

 LOL - Ok, now I need to clarify… I did not mean insult martini as I consider you a very wise and intelligent individual, I just thought your post was humorously begun.
Also, while I don’t want to be too disagreeable here with lea22dc, sperm does have a lifetime outside of the body (albeit a short one) and there is the chance (however obscure) that it could still impregnate a woman under the perfect conditions. But I would agree with the sentiments that it’s a bad idea to keep doing it because there is a lot of room for STD issues to arise.

You can not get pregnant from oral sex. It is impossible. If the sperm hits the air its dead. When you swallow, they don't reach your eggs. You can however, contract many STD's or even HIV/AIDS. Did you know that there are alot of STD's you are stuck with for LIFE!!! You can't just get a prescription from your doctor and be done with it. There's Herpes, Genital Warts, there's one that you can contract from there bodily fluids, including their saliva and you can't be cured. Google pictures of people with STD's read and look at the pictures.

When there is uncontained semen around there is always the possibility a woman could get pregnant as sperm are persistent and wily little buggers, but in this instance it would seem almost impossible unless you somehow managed to get some of his semen right around your vagina. If you happened to swallow then know that swallowing semen is one of the safest forms of unsafe sex as your stomach acids have the tendency to kill not only the sperm but pretty much anything else that might be present (this isn’t an endorsement to keep having unsafe sex though as there is always a chance something could go wrong). So if all you did was give oral and swallow (or even finish with a hand-job and made sure to keep yourself clean), I would say you have a greater chance of finding a yeti in Paris than becoming pregnant, but if you’re still concerned definitely use a pregnancy test (after a reasonable amount of time) just to make sure or contact a planned parenthood office (or international equivalent) and get the facts from them. All things considered though I really wouldn’t worry about it since from what you wrote there was no contact other than orally. Hope this eases your mind…

PS: Even if this question is a joke, I must teasingly remind martini that there are still places on Earth that hold sex as being taboo and may not clearly explain it :) Though I also must concede that most of those places are probably in the Middle East or similar locale...

C) and other similar techniques
You cannot get pregnant by:

hi no you could not of gotten pregnant by giving him a blow job without a condom. there are only a few weeks in the month where a girl can get pregnant and its just after your last period and its for about 14 days i hope this helps but if your still worried go and get yourself a pregnancy test just to give you piece of mind.
