And have you ever heard that "yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery, but today is a gift, that's why it's call present". You are young now,so enjoy your time like a responsible young. You can lead your life like an adult, when you are an adult. So avoid sex (protected or unprotected) for now..

Uhm well you should get it checked out by a doctor because it could get serious. You can try just cleaning it really well and drinking lots of water. That wont really help but itwill flush your system. You can prolly wait a couple more days and see if it goes away. Try not touching it. Also, unless it is fer sure and STI you could always just tell your parents something is wrong and go. You can get an infection through dirty hands too(just saying)

It sounds like an infection of some kind. It may not be an STI. In most places the doctor is required to keep these things confidential. This could develop into something more serious before you know it. Your number one priority is protecting your health, not your dignity.

Yes, it could be. Unless you want the infection to go back through your tract and make your balls swell up and leave you infertile, you need to tell your parents. You should know from sex ed that I am not exadurating.
And, kid, stop having sex. This is stupid and irresponsible. Feel lucky that this is all the concequence you have had so far.

You are 15 and too young to have sex, let alone Unprotected sex. It sound like a very serious infection. Go get tested before it gets worse

You need to get to the doctor. Something it wrong, and if it's serious it could cause you to fall seriously ill. Get checked now.
