Neither of us had been sexual with anyone else before each other, and haven't been while we've been together. And before u ask, yes i know this is the truth. Is there still a chance i could have got some sort of STI?

I know for certain that he's as clean as he's said he is. He's my best friend and have known him since we were little. before each other, neither of us has any form of sexual contact, whether its oral or penetrative.
I'm not worried that i have anything, it was just out of curiousity.
Thanks again :)

True virgins are so unlikely to either acquire or pass a sexual transmitted disease that it is almost silly. That being said, girls do develop certain infections, like yeast infections, due to other conditions. Some infections may also be acquired in public restrooms, but paranoia about all this is more likely than reality if you are certain about a partner's activities.

You can get it during oral if you have some kind of cut or sore in or on your mouth.. Avoid oral at any cost if you do.. If you dont then its fine and condoms protects you from most stis

If either of you have had oral sex with anyone then that person could have contacted a STI. Even with kissing you could have contacted HSV-1 (herpes 1 - cold sores) and that can be transmitted to your partner either orally or genitally. These are just some possibilities, but I would think that you are most likely safe.

Well, technically, yes, but I hope not.
If he lied, then, yes, you could still have an STI. For instance, herpes doesn't respect the condom. So, technically, you could have been exposed to herpes.
But we aren't you and we don't know whether or not to believe him, so your question is technically, back to you and your relationship with him!
