You can get a urinary tract infection from the dirt, bacteria living underneath his fingernails.
Next time tell him to clip his fingernails and scrub them with a nail brush.

Could be he scratch you with his nail/nails if he were a bit rough, lots of germs live very well under fingernails.
But.. with that said don't freak out that you now have some or other STD/STI - just in the future DO NOT agree to something you don't want to do and even if you DO agree but don't like it tell the guy to stop, OK?

Unless he was fingering you within a couple of minutes of another girl you won't catch anything.
Tell him to take it easy next time.

I doubt you've got an infection. It's more likely that you're sore down there because the fingering was a bit too rough, you weren't that turned on (wet) so it wasn't lubricated enough, and now you're just a bit inflamed. It's delicate tissue, and if you've never had it done to you before, all the more reason for it to be sore and feel a little odd today. Next time, ask him to be a bit more gentle. And make sure he's trimmed his finger nails first!
If you're still sore tomorrow or it feels worse, or if you have any discharge or other changes, you could go and get it looked at by either your GP or a family planning/ sexual health clinic. But I don't think it'll come to that.
