writes:i had my tubes done may of 99,i had my last period around july 23,for the past few days my breasts have been tender,left side overie pain at times,also queasy at times,not having any cramping or any other signs that my period is coming,could i hopefully be with child?

 check with your obgyn doc and also get a test first my mother had her tubes tighted and still got pregnant with me so there is a chance best of luck

It could be so many different things! I think that you should take an over-the-counter pregnancy test. Immediately after that, book an appointment with your gynocologist to check things out with your Doctor. Good Luck.
