writes: I got in a relationship at the beginning of this year after we had been dating we started to do sexual things to each other a month later I myself turned 16 but we didn't stop our sex life.A couple of days ago we fell out and my partner's parents didn't agree that we sorted out our relationship. Now they're thinking of involving the police because of the underage sex. Could I get prosecuted for this?

Im not sure what the laws are in your country but I would think that just because you are over the age of consent does not make you an adult. Therefore, you are still a minor and as long as the sex is consensual, Im not sure how this could be prosecuted? Look up the laws in your country to be sure!
