 You could just be bloated. A baby around 3 weeks old is smaller than a cupcake sprinkle. You wouldn't feel it move until much later on in pregnancy. Pulling out does not work so stop this sweetie! Precum can produce a baby and you apparently don't want that. The best method for not getting pregnant if you're going to have sex is either birth control or a condom.

There is always a chance you could be if you had unprotected sex. You could just be worrying a lot though. The best thing to do is go to the doctor and get checked.
