Could his behavior possibly mean he might still have feelings for me?

A female United States age 30-35, *eowmeagan writes:

My ex and I broke up last october, but recently we have been spending a lot of time together. He'll ask me to come hang out with him and is very attentive to me when we are in social situations like at parties or around his or my friends. He talks to me everyday again and almost always initiates the texting. He's become affectionate again and a couple of days ago, asked me to come over to take a nap with him without even trying to hook up with me. He just wanted to nap. I sleep over every once and a while again and he always wants to hold me tight when we sleep. And the other night when I was having an asthma attack he called me baby twice when trying to calm me down.

I know he could all be doing this to just get attention and hook up but when we would just hook up right after we broke up, there wasn't any affection in it and he never asked me to hang out with him like he does so often now. But could all this possibly mean he might still have feelings for me?

A female reader, KatePerry  United Kingdom +, writes (20 February 2011):

Yes, he clearly does still have feelings for you. I'm in a similar situation and hes keen to get things back on track in a different way. He just wants to hold u tight when you sleep! this shows he cares for you and doesnt just want to have one night stand sort of thing. I would sit and talk to him about where things are going and see how you feel about each other!

Good luck.
