We attend all classes together, he almost all the time stands very quietly, but when he was standing next to me, he was moving a lot and cracking his fingers and other parts of his body. For a minute he seemed he was nervous standing next to me.Could that mean anything at all? Psychologically? Or am i being delusional?

I think you are reading to much in to it, you are very aware off him because you are crushing on him. But he could have been moving and cracking his fingers over anything, maybe he was deep in thought, maybe something was making him anxious. If you have a crush on him, talk to him, get to know him and stop reading to much in to his body language.

You are a girl. Most likely all girls make him a little nervous. Cracking his knuckles might be a bad habit of things he does when nervous. Fidgeting is usually a sign of being nervous.
Standing close to you doesn't necessarily mean he is interested, it can be he doesn't respect YOUR personal space or isn't great with social cues.
