You need to tell us more, how is the relationship? Has she cheated in the past? Is her drinking causing fights in the relationship? I am not getting enough from your post to give you advice. Please tell us more.

Do you have any other evidence?

Somewhere, I think there should be some sort of public safety announcement about douching while heavily intoxicated. You should get right on that Honeypie!
(I'm joking!)
Uhh, in all seriousness, does that happen often?? Not the douching, but the drinking and fighting? How often do you do that, and do fights involve fists or throwing objects, or just verbal craziness??
Douching does not mean cheating. It just means that in her drunken state, she had that "not so fresh feeling". Now if you had seen another man's used condom on the counter, we should talk!
Why do you think she cheats? Did she say something in anger to you? Have there been other things happening?

Was this douching out of the ordinary? If it was then you already have your answer.

Surely this isn't the only reason you think she cheated?

What does her douching has to do with cheating?
And why should she HAVE to dice the douche bottle away in order to not be accused of cheating?
What REAL reason do you have to accuse her? Because she got drunk? Or douched? Seriously?
She can ( I hope) douche whenever she wants to.
Does that mean if you come home from work and take a shower or went out with the guy and shower when you get home - then it's a FREE FOR ALL to accuse YOU of cheating?
