He used to tease me jokingly towards the end of y11, and we had a really good laugh. Now we're at the same college, and I was waiting for a friend outside and we got chatting cos he teased me about something, he then said sorry, denied being the one who teased me lots in school (even though it was)gave me a hug and we talked loads. Now whenever he sees me, he says hey and smiles, which he never did before, and he said he's 'gonna be nice to me now'.I'm getting a bit of a crush on him now, so it may just be me reading too much into things, but could he fancy me?

Seeing as you fancy him - why don't you start to become really good friends. . . And then maybe he might start to see you as more than just that??? possibly....
Good luck whatever you do x x x

Its a difficult one to answer, he could just be being friendly, or feel bad for teasing you. Make a friend out him, next time he smiles at you smile back and try to catch his eye too. Get chatting to him and be interested in things he does, or is going to do. When you feel you have built up a good raport then ask him if he fancies doing something one time, then take if from there.
All the best x

Hard to say, he may just be being friendly! Give him a bit of time, but don't be too pushy. You don't want to scare him off!
You could always start talking about a really good movie that you've heard about and want to see, and casually ask if he's got anything planned on a specific day, and if he'd like to come too? That would start the ball rolling in a non threatening, friendly way ;-)
