writes: If a man who sits in front of a girl turns his head a few times, at an angle to look down where you can see his eyes, could he be trying to look at you? It seems he is not really looking at anything in particular. He is just turning just enough to see his eyes and they look still (not moving). He used to be friends with my little sister. He was not so talkative with me. I kind of never wanted to talk much with him, even when he wanted to help me. I kind of said "no thanks". Then he got all quiet on me. and now buddies with my best friend.

It would be hard to tell, he could perhaps just be happpening to be looking towards the floor and daydreaming. Or he could be wanting to look at you secretively, try and start conversation with him and see how he reacts. He could be attracted towards you, but is shy to talk to you
