We met online and his last girlfriend is also from online, and he has dated more girls from the internet in the past. This site says "meet your neighbors in the global village" so it's not a pure dating site. But under "successful story" there's more romantic stories than friendship stories. Also, it's not free, a year's subscription is like 150USD.We've talked about it and he said it's simply because he likes travel a lot and it's a good place to meet people. His status there is "involved" and his ideal match is "male/female 18-49", "language partner, travel companion" etc.Should I still be concerned? Obviously he has paid already (not sure if it's one year subscription or 6 months) so he's using it. Is it possible for him to keep talking to girls there with a profile like that?

Well, he does have himself on there as involved, so that's a good sign. I liken it to Facebook or other sights like that. It's not like he's on there trolling for internet booty, well hopefully he isn't.
I'd say you should be cautious of this behavior. It is possible for him to be talking to girls, but also possible that they aren't talking about romantic stuff. Ultimately it boils down to how much you trust him.
