He couldn't because he had plan. The next day he just completely ignored me at work. He acted like he didn't want to talk to me when there were only two of us working together. He didn't even look at me when I said goodbye after work. Could he be jealous and think I'm with someone else or did he find out that I have a crush on him but he actually doesn't have feelings for me so he's acting distant and cold? What do I do next? Do I give up?

There are so many reasons. He may very well be jealous especially if he likes you or he could be bummed about something else. The point is , there is something bugging him and you need to find out. If its jealousy, that may easily be fixed: give him some attention. Ask him out, not like a three wheeler but just the two of you. Most men who have crushes on a girl do not enjoy hanging out with her and another man.
