writes:hey all.. i was just wondering. its my 19th birthday coming up next week and im going out for a meal and into town clubbing afterwards. i no im not very pretty, i also dont wear much makeup apart from alight foundation and mascara and a bit of light blusher and lipgloss. i cant wear a lot of bronzer as if i wear dark makeup i look completley ridiculous. i also cant wear contacts either due to eye problems. i just want a bit of advice on what would suit me. coulours of eyeshadows, blushers and lip glosses. also advice on how to wear my light coloured foundation but dso i look different for a change, as its a special occasion. also, what can i do with my hair, its in a bob and i dont know what i can do with it to make a change, i DONT want to tie it uo though, well not all of it, i am open to try lparts tied up if people have suggestions. basically i am asking on what i can do so i look different, as nice as possible (even though i aint prettiest girl ever) and different and like i have made an effort. pleaseee help :)

 Well, it is a bit difficult to give you advice on this. Everyone has a different imagination or visualization "style", so the advice may not be that accurate for you even after you described yourself already.
The best thing for you to do is either go to a beauty salon and ask their advice. Or, you can always look at teen magazines, and try new looks for yourself. Or, you can ask a few of girl friends over to do a "mock makeover". It should be fun, and inexpensive!
The key is to look natural still, yet "fresh", The colors should accentuate your own features.
