You don't lose your virginity by breaking your hyman, you lose it by having Sex. I don't know if this has happened to you and that's why you're asking, but if so, do you really want to believe that you lost your virginity to a tampon? I expect not. Save losing your virginity for a couple of years where you will lose it to somebody you love, and who loves you.
