Question - (13 March 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 13 March 2009)
A female Ireland age 30-35, *rincessSmithee writes:

theres this guy who i like and i know he likes me to a point but because weve been to the cinema and he mentioned going out again a few nights ago.

But we never see each other in real life because we never bump into each other or have mutal friends.

Its like one minute he will be all flirty and lovley to me online and speaking to me for hours, and a few days later he just chnages and doesnt seem as interested. I was trying to just play it cool recentley and i could tell he was speaking to me first and more.

But hes always partying and meeting new people and it just sort of hit me yesterday that like 4 other girls are interested in him now because theve been adding him and saying hi with winks and stuff.

What am i meant to do?

im running a losing race,

If i keep playing it cool he will develop interest in one of the other girls, and if im too pushy he wont like me because i came on abit to strong before and i dont think he liked it?

A female reader, k_c100 United Kingdom +, writes (13 March 2009):

k_c100 agony auntHe sounds like a bit of a player to me, if he is the same age as you then I bet he is enjoying all the female attention and does not want to commit to one particular girl.

I think you might be wasting your time on him, unless he makes it clear to you that he wants to start going out with you more often and arrange a date, then no matter how you play this it wont make a difference.

I would forget about him, leave him to his other group of silly girls that are chasing him. Put your time and energy into a guy that is decent, and actually wants a girlfriend rather than wanting to be a bit of a player!

I hope this helps!
