writes: Hey, how is everybody doing?I need some help, it's been about a month now dating my online boyfriend. We really want to see each other in person, but it's very hard to do so, when he lives about 3 hours away. And neither of us has a drivers license. And I'm about to go crazy, because it's been almost 4 years since I've actually hung out with any kind of friend. And about my boyfriend, we used to have good conversations, on the phone and while talking on the internet, but when I start asking him questions, he doesn't like answering them. Because he wants to have a real conversation, the problem with that is, my mind is always blank and I don't know what to talk about. I'm 19 and he's also 19. I mean I feel really bad because I never know what to talk about, not even with my friends. So can some one Please Help me Please I really need it?!...

. Ask about his family e.g does he have siblings? what do they do? what do his parents do? does he get on with them?. How's his work? Does he enjoy it? Does he want to stay there? if he is not in work then how is school? Does he enjoy it? What does he want to do when he leaves?. Whats his favourite food/drink/restaurant? . Has he been abroad? Would he like to travel? Where would he most like to go in the world?. Does he watch tv? What does he watch?. What music does he like?. Does he play sport?there are so so many conversation topics, and if you struggle just type in 'good conversation topics' into google and looooadsss comes up! your boyfriend needs to realise that just because you cant have a real conversation face to face does not mean he cant talk to you properly on the phone. If you feel that you never know what to talk about, not even with friends, then you may have low self esteem. conversation should just flow, it might dry up if you speak all the time but theres always something to talk about. tell them what you've been up to, then they tell you etc and it just happens naturally. maybe practice by talking to people online? also maybe look at learning to drive, it would make your life easier. hope it goes well!
