No you are not meant to like her just because she is your boyfriends friend. But you also need to accept that she is his friend therefore dont say anything bad about her to him or be rude or mean to her. However if she is telling lies about you then set your boyfriend straight about her. But no dont try and be her friend. Just forget about her and accept that she is his friend not yours.
