Im really tired of using condoms, I'd like a different kind of contraceptive. I'm not a fan of the pill either coz i mostly meet my bf during weekends only but id have to be taking the pill every day. I find that unnecesarily cumbersome. I'm also afraid of other methods like injection coz i dont want to gain weight. Any sugestions?

You can try the pull-out method if your boyfriend is able to control it and pull out in time. but he will never have the pleasure of cumming inside. I used to do it but I wasn't very happy.
Why are you tired of condoms? There are thick condoms, thin condoms, dotted condoms, fruity condoms, glow-in-the dark condoms,...
You can try female condoms as well.
There is also something called IUD.

You could try the contraceptive implant? Its a very effective method and a lot more reliable than the pill. You said you were worried about gaining weight, which unfortunely is a risk with the contraceptive implant, however the difference between the implant and injections is at anytime, if you feel that the implant is having a bad side effect on you you can just get it taking out.Gaining weight is a very rare risk with the implant. The only problem can be messed up periods, but not to the extent where its become uncontrolable.Once again if it isn't for you you can get it taken out, or you if you get side effects concerning your periods, you can get pills that just make them more inbalance, but for most women it works like the pill, and stops your periods completely so you don't have to worry about that. Good luck xx

Yes I agree with Chigirl that the pill is a good method to consider, however like everything else it is never 100%. With the pill you need to make sure you take it everyday around the same time, as if you miss one then it messes the cycle up. Also if you are prone to getting infections and you need to take antibiotics to clear it up then also that can interfere with the pill meaning it won't work. Same goes if you vomit.
There are lots of different methods you can try. If you do not want to get the injection well there is a coil that can be fitted in place. My best advice to you would be to go and speak to your doctor about different methods and they can help you decide which is the best method for you.

Try the pill. Yes, you take it every day, but it is just a small pill and it wont take up much of your time to take it. Besides, if you decide you don't like it, you can always just stop.
I don't recommend injections, because just like with the pill you will be on the hormones every day, but just on the weekends. And with the injection, you can't just stop any day you like. The hormones stay in you for at least 3 months, and can take as long as up to a year to leave your body (depending on how long you've been getting injections). I also experienced loss of interest in sex when I had the injection. If you experience discomforts with the pill, you can always change to a different pill. There are several, and some more suitable to you than others. However, once you've gotten an injection it's in you.... You can't change it, you just need to sit and wait it out until it is out of your body.
So try the pill first. They will be cheaper than condoms in the long run (yes, even if you just use condoms on the weekends). Besides, you get so much freedom when you are on the pill, not having to stop and find condoms, not having to remember to bring condoms with you everywhere etc. When on the pill you can have sex whenever and wherever. It is also safer than condoms, because there are fewer things that can interfere with the pill (condoms might rip, be old etc, while the pill is safer to use as long as you remember to take it).
