Ok... this is an EXTREMELY complex problem lol.... 2 years ago me and this guy had a crush on one another. However it didn't amount to anything because he moved away to uni. In time I ended up going out with this guy's friend. Me and the guy's friend had been together a few months when the guy I originally liked moved back home. Eventually on a night out I ended up cheating on my bf with him, I know it was wrong but I was drunk. However this happened about 10 times over a period of 2 years, we text for a wile and he admitted that he loved me and wanted to be with me. Me and my bf eventually broke up cos my bf found out about me kissing the other guy. Now... this other guy has admitted he really likes me but has said "he doesn't know whether it's worth losing all his friends over". It's my birthday this weekend however and this guy asked me out on a date! I was really happy but now the other guy seems to have avoided me a bit. I'm so confused please help. I like him so much.

i'd say on your part, it'd be fine…it's up to him if he wants to risk losing a friend…from anyone's perspective, friends don't date other friends' exs
