writes:Ok this is the run down I don't know what to think or how to act on this..Here's the facts I am female I have a female coworker, who I think really liked me, or has led me to belive she did.. She always stares and has made phrases like instead of going out to eat let's do somthing else and other things it was like and some other personal things, she always gets mad if I am nice to her then is extreamly mean if I ignore her... I tried to get her to tell me or hint more (I am scared, and it's work and I have never felt this before. Well, she would never come out, it was like she was baiting me to due it- so I thought it's one-sided, and a fellow coworker asked me out, it just clicked - she stoped talking to me. Finally she came back around- now she tried harder at work she would do things so he would think I was chaeting on him w/her - then I started to get serious w/him then she tried to make me choose her or him, so I choose him - then she txt me saying she never viewed me more than a good friend, so I took it as she said it.. Well then I had to be trained by her, for two weeks she put me down on everything and at 1st (3days of my training would not talk to me) then after she started to talk to me she asked me if there was somthing I wanted to talk to her about... After, training I had prank calls at wrk like a woman saying you know I want you and also A woman wispering I want you to **** me, to somaone breathing heavy -one the phone --- I never said anything to her- then all winter long she avoided me -then she started to talk to me again.. Now, she is nice then mean then nice - and when I am nice back I never know if she is going to be nice or mean.. When I ignore her - shes really mean... Well as of this last week, I was pulled over and found out I needed to have some retraining, in this I found out The female I like trained me all*** wrong - I had a feeling on some items she did but not all, I finally broke and told my superviser look this is the way I was taught- B/c my god it's everything I actually had teary eyes b/c she trained me horribly, I am lucky I did not get fired.. Now I am more confused, than ever I should be mean and bitter, but I can't be- I actually feel like I let her down by telling the truth...Please, tell me what you make of this?? What is it she wants?? I am so confused.Is she just hurt and thats why she did that?? What should I do about her?Thanks for all the help

 Sounds to me like the actions of a rebuffed suitor.She is harassing you .
If she goes overboard , you will have to report her antics to your superior for further actions.
