writes: I'm panicking right now. My boyfriend and I had the condom break on us two nights ago. I had forgotten to take my birth control for two days (and so was on my period) before he visited (I took my pill the day we had sex, but I didn't not take two because I have a rather delicate stomach). We were going to get the morning after pill, but every pharmacy in my town was sold out and due to a stressful schedule, I wasn't able to drive to another city to find it. He didn't cum, and we stopped the second he felt the condom break. I've also been on the Pill for two years (I sometimes forget to take the pills due to stress).Should I be worried?

I think if he is not ready to be the father and not to be there with you when you need him, then he is not worth to be your bf any more since this thing happened by accident.

I went back to my pills and it is my sugar pill week. I usually start by the 2-4 days and I am on day 2. I'm really nervous and actually very scared.
Any thoughts?

The only advice I have at this point is to get the morning after pill anyway, studies have shown it's effective even after 72 hours. Good luck! Been there! I have faith it will be okay :)At this time the deed is done all you can do is deal with the result, but please remember it is better to deal with the ultimate result now than if it reaches the point where it's too late and you have no options.

well that sounds like a catalogue of disasters. yeah you should be worried, as even though he didn't cum, his precum may have contained sperms (especially if he had cum earlier on because some spermy residue may have been left in him) if you find that you often forget to take pills because of stress, make time to get yourself to the family planning clinic and get a coil fitted or have the contraceptive injection so you don't have to worry about remembering pills.
let this pregnancy scare be a lesson to you - get your stress sorted. you will end up even more stressed if you have an unwanted baby to look after
