Use some lube or lotion. This is key. Its also best if she showers before hand and is all clean. It feels real nice... kind of like warm velvet. Remember, you don't have to do this if you dont want to. Its your body too, if the thought of it makes you uneasy, steer clear.Anal sex can cause all sorts of health problems aswell (google it).

Why don't you stick your finger (or two) up your own backside first (wash them thoroughly before and after), then you'll have some idea what to expect AND, more to the point, some idea of what it would feel like for her.
