I was being very quiet so no one knew I was in there. Her feet were facing the toilet and she was standing ..this is not how girls use the facilities. As soon as the other ppl left and it was silent, I heard her gag and vomit. Out of respect, I made a noise so she knew she wasn't alone. She promptly flushed the toilet and left. It was lunchtime. Also I had spoken to her 20mins prior and she did not seem sick or under the weather. She's 23 yrs old, smaller than average, and used to be a dancer. Am I jumping to conclusions? Or would you be suspicious of this?

People with eating disorders don't often seek help on their own, so be mindful if her condition deteriorates. Even if you aren't her friend, you can help get her help if she needs it.

Yeah it sounds like she has a problem but its not really your business to help her unless she asks you first. She will probably over react if you say anything which will make the situation worse.

hi yes it does seem suspicious but it may have been a one off. some people are slim, especially if she used to be a dancer, does not mean they have an eating disorder. i would keep an eye on her before you jump to conclusions, be a friend to her, monitor the situation to see if she continually does this. if so, can you speak to your boss and see if they can help in some way? eating disorders are a very difficult thing to deal with. if you 'accuse' her of having one she is very likely to deny it and not accept help from youxx

Just a suggestion, do you reckon you she might be in the early stages of pregnancy? She might want to keep it to herself. I think you should ask her if the day she was in the toilet if she was feeling unwell..perhaps if she denies it she might be trying to cover something up. But dont go jumping to conclusions right away there might be nothing wrong.

Maybe, but there's really nothing you can do to help her.
