The "eu natural" has foreskin, so move to work with. You don't need extra lubricant with them, you just move the foreskin up and down over the head of the penis vs with a "fixed" man you must add lubricant or spit or natural lubricant on your hand and then stroke your hand over the penis head.
As for blowjobs, they are the exact same, except you need to pull down the foreskin before you get to business. It's not tricky at all, the foreskin is "loose" and easy to pull down. There are a few exceptions of course, some men have tighter foreskin, but they will let you know in advance how to treat their penises if there is anything in particular to watch out for.
Many circumcised men have a bit of foreskin left, so you might be accustomed to it already. The foreskin is whatever skin you are able to move at when you grab the penis. If the skin is tight like on anywhere else on your body he has had it all removed, but if it is a bit soft and you can move it up and down a bit, there's some foreskin left behind. The foreskin naturally covers the entire penis when flaccid and erect, but some men naturally have less foreskin, so the head will "poke out" when erect.
There's not really much of a difference for us girls when it comes to the sex, it's a visual thing that's all. The foreskin also has a lot of nerves, so can add pleasure for the man. But, as most guys who has been circumcised get the foreskin removed as babies, they won't know the difference.

The foreskin is very sensitive. So make sure you dont pull it back to harshly, be gentle. I've only been with uncircumcised men (im british) and some are more or less sensitive than others.

Be careful handling it, the tip is sensitive for the uncircumsized guys. They're fun though, IF they keep clean.

The foreskin pulls back to reveal the head, and it can be slid back and forwards. And obviously go gently and don't pull anything too hard, but hopefully you wouldn't do that anyhow.

Outside of that, it's no different.
