Her parents know me very well then same goes for my parents. we've been bestfriends since first grade. well now were already 17 years old.I started to feel strange towards my girl bestfriend last year. To be exact I started to like her last January 28,2010. I ignored it but it just kept getting stronger. I know what I feel for her is special because I never had this kind of emotion towards someone else. back to the story. I confessed to her last year by the month of August. She said that I'm only confused and maybe I'm mistaking my love for her as a friend into another one. I accepted that. I tried to evaluate myself and see how I really feel.Still in the end, I know that I'm not mistaken. I feel that I really love her. A month after that, I talked to her and said that I still love her.Not as a friend but as a girl.Starting then, all the things got bad. She started to avoid me. She's not hanging out with me anymore. She talks to me in an annoying way and She hangs out with the guy that I'm mad at then she's flirting with him. It pisses me so much. I don't know if she's doing it on purpose but I'm starting to get irritated to the things that she does.During that time I met this new girl and I adore her personality. We became friends and let's say that I have a crush on her cause she's so adorable and she's giving me hints that she likes me.what would I do? Will I pursue the new girl or will I keep on loving my bestfriend?

I should pursue the new girl. Your friendship changed with your best friend because you changed the rules and she didnt want that. She was happy being your friend she doesnt want you to be anything else and that's why she is treating you like this. I'ts a shame really cos a lot of girl/boyfriends start out being friends and they get to know each other really well and love follows naturally, but in this case it's not meant to be.
