writes: I'm having a crisis of confidence at the moment. I'm chief bridesmaid at my sister's wedding in a few months and am so excited about it. I've been dieting really hard and have lost a stone but I still look so fat. The thought of the photos etc is making me cringe! What can I do?

keep exercising and watch what you eat. well done for losing a stone. and if it is not already arranged for the wedding practise using a light fake tan, a subtle tan will make you look slimmer. I always use it for nights out and parties. good luck and well done on your progress!

Join a gym and continue the dieting. To lose a stone already is excellent! Regular exercise will help speed up weight loss. Don't overdo it though. And remember, although you have a big 'part' in the wedding, you're not the main feature so don't feel too self conscious sbout it all. Hope all goes well and your sisters big day goes really well :)
