 You are probably just maturing sexually and physically. Both genders should accept that changes will occur throughout a person's life cycle. Be prepared younger ones: Anything can happen ! Live your life fully but be cautious. A small physical development may be normal, unless this refers to just last night.

I wouldn't know but maybe if you it up on google or the like, also ask you OBG/YN about it, they are discret and I don't think there are many questions that a person can ask that they haven't heard before, it could just be that you need a lotion, cream, a shot of something.
Or that you are either alergic to the type of condom that you used, that has possible irritated the skin in that very sensitive area.

usually if you have really rough sex it will swell and usually goes down in a cpl days. You should not be self conscious about it u should be proud of your body, who knows it might just look big to u.
