Change fortnight of a guy?

I have a question. Recently not long a guy join in the company where i'm working and is siting opposite me. But don't know why the guy had grew interest in me. Maybe we see each other everyday, and he is new i help him alot on his work. I never think that i will fall in love with this guy. When i was sick, he accompany me to see doctor every week and i promise to let him accompany me. Since then i and him had been talking on the phone almost every night till bed time. At first everything is so sweet. Then we go attend our colleague wedding dinner, he use his brother's car came all the way from his house to fetch me which i decline at first. Then after the dinner he bring me to his friends chalet and go to the beach for some walk. Everything remain the same n we chat on the phone every night. Then don't know why i feel that he had been cold towards me. I talk to him but he dare not tell me. And i send him an sms, he reply. I was so angry. Because he did not say clearly on the break-up. I feel that i was cheat by him and at the first place i accept him after much counter. After that he did not say anything and was so angry talking to him. Feeling so fed up seeing and talking to him as i need to face him everyday but we 2 got to pretend that nothing had happen to us. Was feeling so hurt. But as time goes by he was very close to another girl in the company, they even use the office phone to chat despite they was so near each other. and from the way, he was so close to the girl, i felt so hurt and wanted to cry. I feel so lost. Till now this feeling still remain in my heart. I also dont know why there is a sudden change fortnight which he still havent give me an explaination on the break-up. Should i wait for him to come back to me?
