Cellulite... I have it, I hate it. I know that most women have it a little bit but I still can't get over how disgusting my legs look in certain lights! It's not terrible but it's there!! Anyway, I always have sex with the lights off for this reason, the rest of me is quite toned etc. but will this put him off??

Any advice on how to get rid of it??!

Thanks

Fairy_Lu agony auntI hate to tell you but there is no real way to get rid of cellulite, people saying losing weight will do it but im afraid not even the skiniest of models have it even athletes you just dont notice because its usualy air brushed, there are some creams you can use but there is a very good way of hiding it so you boyfriend wont notice, FAKE TAN (Im a beauty therapist i have to push fake tan cause real sunlight and sunbed ages the skin) it reduces the visability and your boyfriend will be to hypnotised by your gorgeous bronzed skin to even care if you have cellulite, but in all honesty men dont notice anyway.

Basschick agony auntKeep your weight down. All cellulite is, is a layer of fat that sits on top of your toned muscles and that's why you have those unsightly dimples we all hate. Loosing the extra pounds will allow your muscles to be front and center and also when you work out, try using your big muscle groups (legs, butt, stomach) if you have muscle closer to the skin's surface, you'll be less likely to develop cellulite. Drink more water, it flushes out your system, avoid caffeine and fried foods. Deep skin massage has been known to break up the clumps but I really haven't seen that theory proved so I doubt it works. But trust me, most men don't notice a little cellulite when they're having sex with you. Good luck.

brooke5426 agony auntthey say that blasting the area with cold water from a shower head every morning helps, and massage the area quite hard - it breaks up the fatty deposits and helps get rid of cellulite. other than that just work to tone up your legs a bit more - step ups, lunges, run up and down the stairs a few times

Short of plastic surgery, I don't think there's any effective treatment, although I stand to be corrected.

All the creams and potions in creation won't get rid of it as far as I know, so don't go wasting hard-earned cash on them.

No, it won't put him off if he loves you. It's what's inside that counts. Your personality, your sense of humour etc. Has no-one ever told you that?

There are few better turn-ons for a man than seeing his woman stripping off and then lying there naked, warts and all. Keep the light on - he'll love you for it.

terrifenby agony auntevery one has it, take a look in your magazines and even the stars have it! dont be ashamed of your body and if the man your with doesnt lik it then why you with him! but remember there is no bigger turn off than some one who is always hiding, men find it sexier if you be yourself! no bodys perfect and it would be a boring place to live if every one was
