Can my cell phone service provider give me a list of the text messages from her phone? Is this legal? The plan is under my name, but I wanted to ask here first before calling and feeling like an idiot.

Yes ! It can be done just like the police put a tracer chip
and knows where you are any time of the day.
You can even put a spying chip in his phone to listen to his conversation.
You can contact the company for a list of the text messages
if it is under your name . You may have to pay a fee .
It will depend on the policy of that company.

I really don't like your tone....I believe you need to move on, because you seem to be going crazy over this woman.

Now the cell phone company that you have an account with might offer some assistance, but they might charge you for it, and it probably would cost you allot of money.
If your doing it to keep track of a spouse; boyfriend for spying purposes, I doubt they will help you: they don't want to open themselves to privacy lawsuits.
