I've got a boyfriend at the moment and I love him a lot, but I've got feeling for some one else. It's a bloke I work with. I met him 3 yrs ago and I had an affair with him. when I got pregnant by my husband I stopped seeing the bloke at work.

For the past 8/9 months, me and this bloke have been flirting with each other and a few times it's led somewhere. I've tried to not talk to him or contact him unless it's been about work. But whenever one of us clicks our fingers the other comes running. We're both seeing other people but there's still something there.

Recently we decided to keep it purely on a work basis and to just stay friends but my feelings won't go away. I've felt like this since our affair. It hurts to know it won't happen. I need some help on clearing this up and clearing my head

A reader, Laura, writes (10 March 2005):

It seems like you both are after fun, but you're letting your feelings cloud your judgement. Be honest with yourself, if it is just a bit of fun then try looking at your boyfriend in that way. You both have partners; it's not exactly fair to stray. If you love him, you will work at your relationship and fight the feelings, if you still feel this way for him. Tell him.
